The Jersey Women Physician Alliance (JWPA) is a physician-led nonprofit founded in November 2018 by Dr. Sudha Nahar to advance women in medicine across New Jersey through mentorship, advocacy, and community programs. JWPA's flagship initiative, Teens With Stethoscopes (TWS), provides high school students with immersive clinical exposure and physician mentorship. JWPA is headquartered in New Jersey and serves physicians across all 21 counties.
